Build the form once, control exactly how it prints on A4, and let people use whichever version suits the day. Fill it in digitally, or fill in the paper page, photograph it, and HazNode® reads it back into a record for you to confirm.
Incident management
Capture what happened in minutes, get a prompt on whether it is notifiable, run a structured investigation, and track every corrective action to completion — without the story living across a text message, a Word file and someone’s memory.
Observations
Hazards, near misses and good practice, captured in under a minute from a phone — offline if there is no signal at the back of the site. Every report lands in one record instead of a notebook, a group chat and somebody’s inbox.
Contractor management

Hazardous substances

Site sign-in
Two QR posters per site. Workers, contractors and visitors sign in on their own phone with nothing to install, read and acknowledge the site’s hazards, complete the induction the first time they visit, and sign out — or are signed out automatically. A live on-site list, induction records and a one-tap roll call for wardens.

The admin is the reason none of this gets done.
Nobody disputes that you should hold a hazardous substance register, or run inspections on a schedule. The reason it slips is that building the register means transcribing hundreds of safety data sheets, and every new inspection means rebuilding a checklist someone else made in Word.

What is HazNode® Safety?

How is HazNode® Safety priced?
Per organisation, by how many workers you manage — not per user and not per site. You onboard yourselves and can be running inspections the same day. Organisations over 50 workers are priced on application.
Is it built for New Zealand?
Yes. The incident module prompts against the notifiable event criteria under the Health and Safety at Work Act, and the hazardous substance register is built around the HSNO classifications. There are country pages for New Zealand and Australia.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. HazNode Field is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. It captures observations, inspections and incident reports where they happen, offline included, and files them straight into your record. It comes with your subscription. Android is not available yet.
What is not available yet?
Risk registers and training registers are on the roadmap and not yet available. Everything on the seven module pages, and the mobile app, is live today.
